Overview
This 12-story, mixed-use hotel features 182 rooms and 23,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The three levels of above-ground parking and common hotel space are topped by two floors of office space, seven floors of hotel guest rooms. The hotel was constructed using two RediCor Modular Steel Form stair cores and one 3-Cab RediCor elevator shaft. Unique to this project is that the RediCor stair and elevator cores share a common wall, which saved time and money.
