Overview
The new Sacred Heart Cathedral has a seating capacity of more than 1,000 parishioners. Quality Machine & Welding detailed, fabricated and erected 400 tons of structural and miscellaneous steel, including the rose window panels weighing in at 71,000 pounds and 450 squares of Vulcraft deck. The beautiful, Gothic style church will be an eye-catching addition to Knoxville and is one of only two cathedrals under construction in the U.S.
